All photos downloaded remain the property and ownership of Grant Burchill Photography.
The client is authorised by means on a non-exclusive licence to use the photos solely for the limited purposes of their own personal use.
Clients intending to use a photo for any commercial purposes, must first receive written authorisation and consent from Grant Burchill Photography prior to downloading.
Any photo to be shared on any Social media platform must use the image with the Grant Burchill Photography watermark logo.
Any Full resolution photo downloaded without the Grant Burchill Photography logo can only be used for personal use / printing purposes.
The Client hereby agrees that any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on grantburchillphotography.com/ and grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/ may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
Such unauthorized use includes, but is not exclusive to, copying, screen grab, reproducing, republishing, modifying, uploading, transmitting, or distributing any of such materials without the prior written consent of grantburchillphotography.com/ and grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/
Images are not to be sold or given to any third parties.
Print order fulfilment order through grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/ is handled by Loxley Colour.
Digital Downloads are non-refundable.
Photography booking sessions require a £50 deposit to secure your date and time.Please note, deposits are non-refundable.
Booking dates are transferable to another date if at least 5 days' notice is given.
Booking fees will be deducted from the cost of your photographic session and the balance of which is payable at your appointment.
By booking a photographic session with Grant Burchill Photography, you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
By purchasing / downloading any digital or ordering any hard copy images from Grant Burchill Photography / grantburchillphotography.pixieset.com/ you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
